Bookings can only be made via the online system.
We Do Not accept bookings from social media platforms, email or telephone. This also applies to cancellations or amendments to lessons.
All lessons are to be paid for at the time of booking via card payment, vouchers or tokens.
It is appreciated if customers can provide as much notice as possible of cancellations to minimise disruption to staff, horses and ponies.
Cancellations must be made via the online system.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel/reearrange a lesson/hack and
1 weeks notice is necessary to cancel/rearrange special events.
If appropriate notice is not provided, cancellation will occur and no credits will be given.
As horse riding is an outdoor activity we continue in all weathers. During extreme weather conditions when it may be unsafe to ride outside we supply on-the-ground horse knowledge and care sessions which are part of each rider’s training development programme with us.

In any circumstance we have the right to cancel your lesson due to unforseen circustances.

If the lesson is cancelled on the day a phone call will be made to the number on your account.
